Who We Are:

Carolina Speech & Occupational Therapy is a private practice specializing in providing speech-language and occupational therapy to children ages birth to three, preschool age, and school age in the Lake Norman, Statesville, Charlotte and surrounding areas

Where We Provide Services:

Therapy is provided in the child's natural environment, including the home, daycare, and school setting.  Therapy can also be provided in a clinic setting in our office in Statesville.

Our Philosophy:

In additional to providing individualized speech, language, and occupational therapy to our clients, Carolina Speech & Occupational Therapy strives to help educate parents and caregivers for better carryover in the home.  We encourage parents and family to participate in therapy sessions and learn strategies and techniques to further address areas of need.

Heather YarnotHeather Yarnot, MS CCC-SLP: President and Owner.

Heather is a graduate of East Carolina University, with a BS in communication sciences and disorders and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is SOS certified and serves children in the Statesville, Troutman, Cleveland areas.

Morgan JonesMorgan Jones, MS OTR/L: Head of Occupational Therapy. 

Morgan Jones is a graduate of Milligan College in Elizabethtown, Tennessee with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Morgan is an SOS certified therapist that serves children in Charlotte and the Head of Occupational Therapy.
